CANDIDATE QUESTIONS

Yes. Creating a candidate profile and uploading your CV is free of charge.

No. Applying for job opportunities is free for candidates, unless a specific premium feature is clearly marked as paid.

Your profile is visible only according to your privacy and visibility settings. Employers can access your profile only in connection with job applications or permitted platform features.

No. InterHRM does not sell personal data or CVs and does not share candidate data for marketing purposes.

Yes. You can update or delete your profile and account at any time through your account settings, in accordance with GDPR.

EMPLOYER QUESTIONS

Yes. Posting and promoting open positions may require the purchase of a paid subscription or service plan, depending on the selected features.

Yes. Creating an employer account and uploading basic company information is free. Paid plans apply to job postings and premium features.

Employers may access candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes and must comply with GDPR and applicable employment laws.

No. InterHRM does not guarantee job placement, hiring success, or candidate selection outcomes.

PRIVACY & LEGAL QUESTIONS

InterHRM processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR and applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

InterHRM acts as a data controller for platform operation. Employers act as independent data controllers for candidate data they access.

PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your user account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

As a general rule, paid fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law or in case of technical billing errors.
